Socsom — an AI operations assistant for small businesses

by CENTREXIA COMPANY LIMITED · Hanoi, Vietnam · Tiếng Việt

What Socsom does

Socsom is a web app (app.socsom.com) for owners of small businesses in Vietnam. The owner describes the business once; Socsom’s AI assistants then help with daily work:

• Customer care — draft replies to customer messages and comments;
• Content — draft social-media posts and short videos and schedule them;
• Records — keep orders, products and the cash book in one place, imported from the owner’s spreadsheets or shop;
• Planning — turn the owner’s quarterly goals into monthly tasks and track progress.

The owner stays in control: every reply, post or video the assistants draft waits for the owner to approve it before anything is sent or published.

Why Socsom asks for Google access

Connecting Google is optional. The owner starts each connection from the app’s “Connections” screen, and each one requests only what its feature needs:

• Google Drive / Sheets (drive.file) — import orders and products from a spreadsheet the owner selects with the Google Picker; write order summaries to a sheet the app created. No access to any other file.
• YouTube (youtube.upload, youtube.force-ssl) — upload videos the owner approved to the owner’s channel; read comments and post replies the owner approved.
• Google Business Profile (business.manage) — read reviews of the owner’s business location and post replies the owner approved.
• Search Console (webmasters.readonly) — read search performance of the owner’s own website to suggest article topics. Read-only.

Socsom’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Google user data is never sold, never used for advertising and never used to train general-purpose AI models.

What Socsom does not do

• Socsom does not generate, edit or distribute images or videos of real people, and does not create sexual, intimate or non-consensual imagery of anyone (no “AI NCII”). Videos are built from the business’s own product photos, text and templates.
• Socsom does not use Google APIs or Google user data to create, train or improve any AI model, and does not sell, rent or share Google user data for advertising.
• Socsom does not post or send anything without the business owner’s approval.

Socsom complies with the Google APIs Terms of Service and the Google API Services User Data Policy.
