Socsom (the website socsom.com and the web app app.socsom.com, the “Service”) is provided by CENTREXIA COMPANY LIMITED, enterprise code 0111605265, VP905, 9th floor, block C, Ho Guom Plaza, 102 Tran Phu Street, Ha Dong Ward, Hanoi, Vietnam. Socsom is business-operations software for small businesses: AI assistants draft customer replies and marketing posts, keep order and cash records, and plan tasks. The business owner (“Customer”) reviews and approves drafts before anything is sent or published.
The Customer must be a business or a person acting for a business, must give accurate information, and is responsible for everyone who uses the Customer’s account. The Service is not for anyone under 16.
The Customer owns the content and data it puts into the Service and is responsible for it, including every reply, post or video the Customer approves for publication. AI drafts can be wrong; the Customer must check them before approving.
The Customer must not use the Service, or any platform connected through it (including Google and YouTube), to create, upload, store or distribute:
Socsom itself has no feature that generates or alters images or videos of people. We may remove such content and suspend or end an account that breaks this section, as set out in section 8.
The Customer may connect accounts on Google, YouTube, Meta, TikTok, Zalo and others. The Customer must have the right to connect each account and must follow that platform’s own terms. The YouTube features use YouTube API Services; by using them the Customer agrees to the YouTube Terms of Service. How we handle data from these platforms is described in the Privacy Policy. The Customer can disconnect any platform at any time in the app.
Prices and what each plan includes are shown in the app before the Customer pays. Payment and refund conditions are set out in the Vietnamese transaction policy.
We work to keep the Service available but do not promise it will never be interrupted. To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to the fees the Customer paid for the Service in the three months before the event. This limit does not apply to damage we cause intentionally and does not reduce any right a consumer has under Vietnamese consumer-protection law.
The Customer may stop using the Service and ask for the account and data to be deleted at any time (see Privacy Policy, section 8). We may suspend an account that breaks section 4 after giving notice if the Customer does not fix the breach; in an urgent security case, or when a competent authority requires it, we may suspend at once and notify the Customer afterwards. Fees for the billing period in use are not refunded, except where the Service cannot be provided because of our fault or where the law says otherwise.
These Terms are governed by the law of Vietnam. Questions: hello@socsom.com, phone +84 988 668 475.
